didn't go to sleep after my 13 1/2 hour shift for some reason. I don't know how, but i managed to stay up until 4:30 in the morning only to have to wake up at 7 to go back to work. Got breakfast as usual then went to work. It wasn't a bad day at work. Got off work and almost went to sleep, but made myself get up and go to the gym. Felt good playing basketball. I figured out that when my back starts hurting that I should just stretch it out some then keep playing through the pain and it'll eventually go away. Came back after a few hours at the gym and just crashed. Me and sleeping schedules just don't go together.
